Apparently my body's birthday present to me was to drop over 2 pounds in a couple of days, this despite eating an absurd amount of sushi.
We spent most of Sunday at TRF, about 8 hours, so subtracting the times we sat for shows or food, Dragon and I figured we walked for about 6 hours. It was a very slow pace, nothing like my typical 3+ miles per hour but still, 6 hours of walking is a long time.
Yoga will go away for a week after Thanksgiving since I won't have the Wii with me to do it. But when I get back I think I want to add more to the schedule, cardio instead of yoga. Losing weight is good but I'd also like to build up a little strength and endurance.
