I keep trying for 30 minutes of cardio but by the 15 minute mark I'm always feeling ready to pass out. Hopefully I can push past that soon.
Lynn went walking with me today and we actually jogged for a couple of short spots. That was kind of nice. I don't do the whole running thing normally.
I'm pretty thrilled with Wednesday's numbers too because that was a walk spent entirely on the phone with a friend and I still managed to carry on a conversation and keep my speed up without getting overly winded.
I'm still not really seeing a difference in the mirror, though the scale says my weight is down. Clothing isn't really fitting looser on me either so it's very confusing, and a bit hard to process at times
